Some you have probably heard about whipped body lotions and you don’t get what the hype is about. I’ve used the Shea butter whipped moisturising lotion and I had great results. I had baby soft skin and I felt so good about my skin and I only used it for two weeks.

So if y’all are interested in getting a DIY of the amazing stuff just keep reading.
What you need
A bowl
A pot
Unrefined Shea butter
Jojoba oil
Vitamin E oil
Essential oil: lemongrass oil, peppermint oil, tea tree oil e.t.c
I use tea tree oil because of its ability to get rid of acne and acne scars.
You’ll also need an electric mixer
How to
Combine your unrefined shea butter and jojoba oil in a bowl
Boil a pot of water and place the bowl that has the Shea butter and jojoba oil mixture in it and stir until soft
Add vitamin E oil and any essential oil of your choice
Whip the mixture in the bowl with an electric handheld mixer. You should get a very soft consistency.
Pour your mixture into a container and store at room temperature.
Voila! Your whipped Shea butter moisturiser is ready.

NEGATIVISM

August 26, 2015

NEGATIVISM is the practice of being or tendency to be negative or skeptical in attitude while failing to offer positive suggestions or views.
No one is born negative and we all have the potential to be successful. Rule No1: We have only one (1) choice and that is to be successful! Negativism is a big success antagonist and can end up bring down an individual’s self esteem and natural value. The act of being negative comes with statements such as “I can’t, it’s impossible”. We cannot afford to be negative. Work hard and reach your goals!

Let’s Connect

August 25, 2015

Networking is essential for any business to grow or progress. We all need to CONNECT.

“Start networking before you need it.

Seasoned networkers can smell the stench of desperation from across the room. People can sense when someone is only out to help himself. Tip-offs ranging from a panicked look in the eyes to a portfolio brimming with resumes will send them running in the other direction. On the other hand, by networking when you have no ulterior motive, you can begin to build relationships and a reputation for being generous rather than self-serving

Have a plan.

Since every person has value, it’s essential that you know what yours is. Before you attend any networking event, get clear on what talents, strengths, skill sets and connections you can bring to the table. Map out what you want to talk about, particularly how you may be able to help other people, either now oan self-serving.”
