See What Ex President Goodluck Jonathan Said After Nigeria Beat Zambia 1-0 To Qualify For 2018 World Cup

The immediate past Nigerian President, Goodluck Jonathan, has congratulated the Super Eagles of Nigeria for qualifying for the 2018 World Cup.

The Eagles on Saturday in Uyo, the Akwa Ibom State capital defeated the Chipolopolo of Zambia.

Reacting to the victory, Jonathan said Super Eagles by their victory have “exemplified the can do Nigerian spirit.”

Jonathan stated this in a tweet on his verifiable twitter handle, on Saturday.

“I am not surprised that you have qualified. Thank you@NGSuperEagles. You exemplify the can do Nigerian spirit,” he wrote.
