Obviously many Nigerians have been hurt and left devastated after MMM halted its activities in the country. Some Nigerians have opened up about the scheme in a new video.
I’m one of such that actually believe that MMM would actually return. Here is the thing, MMM has actually helped Nigerians in a way, though the scheme might smell a little fishy. Nigerians are also to be blamed for also taking some of these schemes to the extreme! DO NOT USE YOUR ALLOWANCE, USE ONLY YOUR “SPARE MONEY” My fellow Nigerians would not listen. Oh well, let’s hope and anticipate till January 15.
Several millions Nigerians panicked last month following a decision by promoters of deposit money scheme, MMM, to suspend new payouts to subscribers.
Obviously, many of the subscribers had planned to use their payouts for the Christmas and New Year celebrationsbut the suspension spoilt their plans.
Premium Times caught up with some Abuja residents and asked about their reaction to the scheme and its suspension by the promoters.
While many said it may not return as said by the operators, others were of the opinion that the Ponzi scheme will bounce back.
“I will surely join if the program returns next year,” a resident said.
